Demonstrations are expected to take place today in the vicinity of the U.S. Embassy, and the security situation remains fluid. Media reports also indicate that demonstrations may take place in the Kasbah area in central Tunis. The U.S. Embassy remains open; however, access to the area around the Embassy may be restricted due to the demonstrations.
