The British Embassy invites applications for the position of Finance Officer:
The British Embassy is looking for a motivated finance professional with experience of Oracle based software . We invite candidates who respond positively to challenges, short deadlines and changing priorities to apply for this exciting opportunity.
The successful candidate must be able to clearly demonstrate that they:
· can speak and read and write clearly in English, French and Arabic.
· have an academic qualification in a finance/audit/accounting field
· have at least 3 years experience in a responsible financial role, with specific knowledge of managing budgets, profiling and monitoring expenditure, analysis of spend trends.
· have an excellent working knowledge of Web-based IT systems, Advanced Excel, Word and Outlook.
· have previous team working experience
· have strong data management and problem solving skills
· have a positive, pro-active approach to office and team work.
The successful candidate will be offered a one year (potentially renewable) contract. Salary is negotiable depending upon experience within the range of 2425 – 3478 TND a month. The package includes a 13th month bonus, medical insurance and 20 days annual leave. The British Embassy offers all employees extensive learning and development opportunities .
